GT1000-TN Online Total Nitrogen Analyzer
GT1000-TN is a self-developed, fully automatic online analyzer equipped with a microcomputer control system and a high-precision signal processor. Among the advantages are a simple stable return system to effectively reduce signal fluctuations and ensure the accuracy and stability of data, completely isolated electrical parts with the water channel to ensure that the analyzer can be operated steadily for a long time, and applicable to a variety of water quality such as river water, groundwater and industrial wastewater.

Analytical principle：
After the TN sample is filtered, it is pumped into the reactor. Oxidants R1 and R2 are first injected and subjected to high-temperature UV digestion to oxidize nitrogen in the water sample to NO3. The sample is then diluted with sodium hydroxide solution, followed by adding copper sulfate and barium sulphate to convert all nitrates to nitrite. Finally, SAA (sulphonamide) and NED (naphthyl ethylenediamine dihydrochloride) are added. The mixture is mixed thoroughly and reacted, the analyzer will measure the ABS value of red reactive material at 525nm and calculate the concentration of the sample based on the calibration data stored in the analyzer.

■ It has a level 2 operating management authorization system where the system administrator can execute all system operations, but the general operators can only conduct daily routine maintenance and operations.
